Our "Master Fee Schedule" represents our standard billing rates. For patients paying in full at the time of service without insurance, we offer a Self-Pay Discount:
Initial Evaluation (60 min): $400.00 (Master Fee) / $300.00 (Discounted Rate)
Follow-up (20-30 min): $200.00 (Master Fee) / $150.00 (Discounted Rate)
Follow-up (45 min): $300.00 (Master Fee) / $225.00 (Discounted Rate)
(Note: Superbills can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement.)
